EGG DAL

Egg Dal for all the egg lovers  Recipe: Step 1: Boil Eggs and then cut them by removing the yolk. Step 2:Add chopped  Onions in oil and let them turn light. Add some pepper balls,cloves,ginger garlic paste,bay leaves,cinamon stick,cumin seeds and mix well. Add chopped chillies, tomatoes (grinded) ,turmeric powder,chillipowder,dhanya powder,garammasala powder,pepper,cumin powder,pinch of biryani masala powder. Step 3:Then add the egg white pieces  in it and mix well. Remember to mash the boiled egg yolk in order to turn it thick and get a dal like consistency. Add water according to the preffered consistency. Finally Add salt as per taste. Step 4:Garnish with coriander leaves and add some lime juice. Serve Hot with Roti.  

MACARONI-INDIAN STYLE

 Boil Macaroni . Add salt and few drops of oil in it while boiling. Ensure the Macaroni does not stick ,hence keep stirring and check the water level while its boiling. Once its boiled keep it aside, let it cool down and in a separate vessel add few drops of oil and add in it chopped onions, chopped spring onions, few pieces of cabbage, chopped carrot ,chopped green capsicum, few pcs of chopped garlic and mix well.  Add slight ginger garlic paste ,salt as per taste and also add some crushed pepper, chilly powder ,jeera powder ,dhanya powder.  Add some Chili Sauce , Vinegar (few drops) ,Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and thai chilli sauce and mix well.Add the macaroni and mix well very carefully to avoid macaroni from breaking. Garnish with coriander leaves. Bhel

Bhelpuri is a savoury snack originally from India, and is also a type of chaat. It is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce, and has a crunchy texture. Bhel is often identified as a 'beach snack', strongly associated with the beaches of Mumbai, such as Chowpatty or Juhu.   Wikipedia RECIPE: To Make Bhel All you require is A big Bowl and Add in it Plain Mumraa and vagharela mumraa (Puffed rice),sev,boiled black chana, raw mango pcs ,green chutney ,imli chutney,crushed pcs of bhel poori (can be purchased from the supermarket) boiled potatoes,chopped green chilly,raw onions, salt ,chilly powder and Mix well and serve immediately to avoid it from becoming soggy .You can add some lime juice incase raw mango is unavailable. Chicken FRY

Marinate chicken pcs with fresh home made ginger garlic paste,salt,pepper powder, curd,turmeric powder,chilli powder,red colour,limejuice and leave it for 2 hours. Then Fry it in oil along with curry leaves. SERVE HOT and ENJOY!!!😋 

POHA

  Poha, also known as pauwa, sira, chira, chivda, aval or avalakki, among many other names, is flattened rice originating from the Indian subcontinent. Rice is parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with very little to no cooking.   Poha is a light, healthy, nutritious snack that is low in calories and fibre. It is a good source of carbs, proteins, and vitamins and minerals that the body needs. In addition, Poha is low in fat and helps keep you satiated for longer. Wikipedia RECIPE: WASH POHA IN WATER IN A STRAINER SO THE EXCESS WATER IS DRAINED OUT AND TO AVOID THE POHA FROM BECOMING MUSHY . FRY ONIONS  IN A PAN AND ADD SOME CHOPPED BOILED POTATOES,CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES,ROASTED PEANUTS(OPTIONAL) , CURRY LEAVES,HALDI,MUSTARD SEEDS(OPTIONAL),CUMIN SEEDS,RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT AS PER TASTE. CHICKEN CUTLETS

STEP 1 Boil Potatoes and mash them and add some salt and pepper as per taste.  STEP 2 Boil Chicken and add some salt and turmeric powder to it while boiling and then shred it once boiled. STEP 3 Add the shredded chicken in the mashed potatoes along with chopped chillies, coriander leaves, raw onions(chopped) ,grated kraft cheese ,ginger garlic paste and mix well.  Start Making in the shape of a patty . STEP 4 Start to shallow fry them in oil on medium flame by coating the cutlets with a mixture of egg and semolina or bread crumbs.  

Murukku

ALOO BONDA

STEP 1: Prepare a Batter of Chana Aata ,Pinch of Baking Soda and water for the coating. STEP 2: Boil Potatoes . Once Bolied ,mash them well and also add salt in it . STEP 3: In hot oil add some mustard seeds,  chopped green chillies,chillipowder, haldi, coriander leaves, cumin powder, curry leaves (optional). Add this tempering to the mashed potatoes and add some lime juice and start making ball shaped bonda and coat with the batter mentioned in step 1 and fry in hot oil Serve Hot with ketchup,chutney, or it can be eaten as it is.  You can make vada PAV with this yummy aloo bonda by adding green chutney and sauce on the pav and putting the bonda in it.

Urad Dal Vadai

Soak Urad Dal in water for 6 hours approximately. Then Grind it in water and ensure the batter is crunchy and thick so ensure to add very less water while grinding. Add crushed pepper , chopped onions(optional),chopped green chillies, few sliced ginger,salt in the batter and mix well and let air in properly while mixing with hands so the vadas can become fluffy and spongy. Fry the vadas in hot oil and enjoy.You Can make donut shape or take a spoon and add the batter from it to the oil to make ball shape vadai.

White Dhokla

RECIPE Soak 1 cup white Urad Dal and 3 cups IDLI Rice in water in separate bowls. Add few methi seeds in rice while soaking. Grind Rice with 1/4th cup water and urad dal with half cup water and mix both the batter and then let it ferment for 6 to 7 hours approximately by adding salt and curd to it. The batter should be thick and grainy in texture and not thin or watery. Fermentations are quick in summers and slow in winters. Tiny Air pockets in the batter with a faint sour aroma means the batter has fermented well. Boil water in the steamer and then add fruit salt Eno or Baking soda to the batter and mix it super fast and pour the batter on the Greased Plate and sprinkle some red chilli powder cumin powder and Half crushed pepper and then Prepare the dhokla in  a steamer for approximately 15 minutes and you can check this by inserting a knife and if it comes out clean it means the dhoklas are cooked . MOONG DAL

  Soak moong dal in water for few  hours. Add oil in a pressure cooker and add some chopped onions, tomatoes, chopped green chilli and mix well. Add some ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, haldi, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt. Add the moong dal and water as per the preferred consistency.  Once it's cooked in the pressure cooker then give the tadka as per below.  Tadka : In Ghee add 1 dry Kashmiri chilly, cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic pcs, hing, red chilli powder.  Finally, Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze some lime juice.  Serve hot with rice or roti.

BHINDI FRY

  Bhindi Fry is stir-fried okra that is slit and stuffed with spice mix such as garam masala and other locally available ground spices. This dish is stir-fried or sautéed slightly, which is distinct from batter-fried okra, which involves deep frying.   Wik ipedia RECIPIE Add some oil to a non stick pan and add some Ajwain seeds, mustard seeds, Hing, and add spices like red chilli powder, haldi ,coriander powder ,jeera powder and salt as per taste. Cook On Low flame. It Can be cooked for a longer time for crispier consistency. Add some lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti and Pickle. Variation: You Can also cook this with Onions tomato and gingergarlic paste.  To make aloo bhindi u can add fried potatoes to the bhindi after its cooked.

SABUDANA KHICHDI

RECIPE Clean and wash sago seeds well with water and soak them in water just enough to immerse them.  Ensure to use less water else the sago seeds will become mushy and sticky while cooking.  This is the most important  step to prepare non sticky sabudana khichdi. Once the sago seeds have absorbed the water , Add Ghee in a pan and then add some Cumin seeds, roasted peanuts, boiled chopped potatoes, chopped  green chillies,  curry leaves,  ginger pieces,slight turmeric powder(optional) and red chilli powder (optional),Salt as  per taste and  mix well. Ensure to not keep the flame very high. Finally add some lemon juice &  Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.  Sabudana khichri is an Indian dish made from soaked sabudana. Quick and Easy Masala Khichdi

  This is a very simple recipe and can be cooked by anyone, including a person who has never cooked anything :) As we all know khichdi has so many variations and can be eaten even by someone who is unwell and this one being my most favourite,do give it a try and i'm sure everyone from adults to kids will enjoy it. Not only it is quick and easy to cook but is also very healthy. RECIPE Soak rice, yellow moong dal, Toor Dal  for  atleast 1 hour in water and wash well. Then in a pressure cooker add some oil and add  cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves ,few chopped onions,greenchillies and let the onions turn light in colour. Then add some chopped potatoes, tomatoes (grinded),green peas, brinjal(optional). Mix well for 5 mintues and add some ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder ,coriander powder , kitchen king masala (BADSHAH BRAND). Veg Pizza 🍕

Recipe  Boil potato green peas and carrot. Smash it together once boiled and add some salt and pepper powder and mix them well. Add Pizza sauce on the pizza base and then put the mashed Vegetable mixture on it.  Then add corn, chopped green capsicums and onions and other vegetables of your choice. Chopped green chillies can also be added (optional) Finally add some green and black olives and sprinkle oregano, mozzarella cheese and chilli flakes and bake it in the preheated oven till it's finely prepared. Always ensure to check the temperature, to avoid the base from burning.  To make chicken pizza follow the same recipe and add boiled shredded chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper powder.
