BHINDI FRY

 Bhindi Fry is stir-fried okra that is slit and stuffed with spice mix such as garam masala and other locally available ground spices. This dish is stir-fried or sautéed slightly, which is distinct from batter-fried okra, which involves deep frying. Wikipedia






RECIPIE

Add some oil to a non stick pan and add some Ajwain seeds, mustard seeds, Hing, and add spices like red chilli powder, haldi ,coriander powder ,jeera powder and salt as per taste.

Cook On Low flame. It Can be cooked for a longer time for crispier consistency.

Add some lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti and Pickle.

Variation:

You Can also cook this with Onions tomato and gingergarlic paste. 

To make aloo bhindi u can add fried potatoes to the bhindi after its cooked.
