MOONG DAL

 Soak moong dal in water for few  hours.

Add oil in a pressure cooker and add some chopped onions, tomatoes, chopped green chilli and mix well. Add some ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, haldi, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt. Add the moong dal and water as per the preferred consistency. 
Once it's cooked in the pressure cooker then give the tadka as per below. 
Tadka : In Ghee add 1 dry Kashmiri chilly, cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic pcs, hing, red chilli powder. 
Finally, Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze some lime juice. 
Serve hot with rice or roti.
