MACARONI-INDIAN STYLE


 Boil Macaroni . Add salt and few drops of oil in it while boiling.

Ensure the Macaroni does not stick ,hence keep stirring and check the water level while its boiling.
Once its boiled keep it aside, let it cool down and in a separate vessel add few drops of oil and add in it chopped onions, chopped spring onions, few pieces of cabbage, chopped carrot ,chopped green capsicum, few pcs of chopped garlic and mix well. 
Add slight ginger garlic paste ,salt as per taste and also add some crushed pepper, chilly powder ,jeera powder ,dhanya powder. 
Add some Chili Sauce , Vinegar (few drops) ,Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and thai chilli sauce and mix well.Add the macaroni and mix well very carefully to avoid macaroni from breaking.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tips:
You can add other vegetables of your choice like peas,green chilli,red capsicum etc.
Chilli Flakes,oregano can also be added while garnishing along with some grated cheese.
Maggi Masala powder can also be added while cooking.

You Can also Add few pieces of Burger in it for a non veg version of this recipie or sauceages, which ever you prefer .😋
