Garlic Bread

 


Garlic bread is a popular savory bread that combines the flavors of garlic and butter. Here's a simple recipe to make delicious garlic bread at home:

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of White Bread 
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano,chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.
3. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, softened butter, oregano, salt, and chilli flakes.
4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly onto each bread slice.
5. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top of the garlic butter.
6. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Variations
- *Herb garlic bread*: Add chopped fresh herbs like parsley, basil, or rosemary to the garlic butter.
- *Spicy garlic bread*: Add red pepper flakes or minced jalapeños to the garlic butter.
- *Cheesy garlic bread*: Use a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, or provolone cheese along with Parmesan and garnish with some cilantro.
