Veg Cutlets

 



Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup French beans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- Salt to taste
- Cheese slices, cut into small cubes
- Semolina (rava) for coating
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, coriander, grated carrot, corn kernels, French beans, peas, chili powder, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, rice flour, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

2. Take a small portion of the mixture in your hand, flatten it, and place a cube of cheese in the center. Shape the mixture into a patty, ensuring the cheese cube is completely covered.

3. Roll the patty in semolina (rava) to coat it evenly. Repeat this process for the remaining mixture.

4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the prepared cutlets in the oil.

5. Fry the cutlets until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Make sure to flip them halfway through the frying process for even cooking.

6. Once the cutlets are cooked and crispy, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.

7. Serve the delicious Veg Cheese Cutlets hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney. Enjoy!
