Tangy Masala Rice
Cook white rice and allow it to cool or even leftover rice can be used to make this flavourful dish.
Heat Ghee in a Pot and then add some cumin seeds curry leaves and mustard seeds. Once it crackles add some onions and let it turn light in colour . Add some peanuts and chana dal and stir well. Add some carrots green peas chopped green chillies salt haldi cumin powder chilli powder , finally add the cooked white rice and stir well.
Sprinkle lemon juice for a more flavourful taste .Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.😊
