VENGNA NI KATRI

### Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized brinjals (eggplants), sliced into thin rounds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Brinjal Slices:**
- Slice the brinjals into thin rounds and soak them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes to remove bitterness.
- Drain and pat dry the brinjal slices before cooking. Then marinate them with the above spices and some oil.
