MUTTON POTATO CURRY


  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add some cloves ,tej patta, pepper balls .
  2. Then add Onions and fry till light in colour.
  3.  Add Tomatoes paste,potatoes and then add salt, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Add chilli powder,haldi, pepper ,mutton masala powder,coriander and cumin powder .Add mutton pcs And add water (AS REQUIRED.)
  5.  Lock the lid in place and cook for 5-6 whistles. Then, turn off heat and let the apparatus release pressure on its own.
  6. Once the pressure is released, slowly open the lid and ensure that the mutton is cooked through by checking tenderness with a fork. Add more water if necessary.
  7. Finally Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze lime juice.
  8. Serve warm alongside white rice or roti.
