Parsi Style Sali walo Potato
Recipe :
Peel the potatoes and cut in circle and then slice it in straight cuts,soak them in water for some time.In a pan add some oil,then add cumin seeds,then add the potatoes draining the water away, and add along some Turmeric powder,chilli powder and garnish with coriander leaves. Cover with lid and let it cook on slow flame and add some water if needed.
Serve with roti once cooked. Or u can wrap it in DOSA to have it as masala DOSA.
Variation : You can also add beaten egg or scrambled egg by adding some salt and pepper in the egg ,covering with lid and letting it cook till the potatoes and eggs are well cooked .
