What nutrient is in liver?
Liver is one of the most nutritionally dense foods on the planet, with significant amounts of iron, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and copper. Eating a single serving of liver can help you meet your daily recommended amount of most of these vitamins and minerals, reducing your risk of nutrient deficiency.
Recipe
Add some oil in cooker and add chopped onions till it turns light in colour and then add some ginger garlic paste,add some chopped chilies and tomato paste. Mix well.
Add some salt ,haldi ,chilli powder,coriander cumin powder and once the oil oozes out add the chicken liver and some pepper powder and chicken curry masala powder. Also add some chopped potatoes . Add some water and cook upto 3 whistles.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice,and served with paratha, or roti and parsi salad and sali (potato chips)
