FISH FRY

Fish is a low-fat high quality protein. Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin). Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.Fish are an important part of a healthy, well-balanced diet. They provide a good source of protein and vitamins, and are a primary dietary source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids can: lower risk of heart disease.




RECIPE:

Clean & Marinate Fish with salt,

Turmeric powder,

Chilly powder,

Fishmasala(easternbrand)

Cumin powder, Coriander powder,

Pepper powder & few drops of oil.

 Leave aside for 3 to 4hours.

Start Frying in hot oil on medium flame and squeeze some lime juice before serving.
