CHANA CHOLE
Recipe:
Soak Chana overnight.
Cook them in pressure cooker the next morning by adding salt bay leaves & black cardamom.
Take Cooking Oil in a pot and Add some chopped onions and fry till light in color. Add some ginger garlic paste. Then add some chopped green chilli,tomato chopped pcs and fry well.
Add Haldi Red chilli powder kasmiri chilli powder Garam Masala powder Chana chole Powder pav bhaji Masala coriander powder pepper powder cumin powder and mix well, then add the boiled chana and add water as per the required consistency. Squeeze some Lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Puri.
