Chana Chatpati
RECIPE:
Soak the chana for approximately 7 hours or overnight preferably.
Boil it in pressure cooker. Once cooled, mix it with chopped onions ,chopped tomatoes (optional) and sprinkle some salt ,chaat masala, red chilli powder & lemon juice and mix well and finally garnish with coriander leaves and sev.
Black (Kala)Chana also known as Bengal Gram, Black Chickpeas, Brown Chickpeas. It is used to make curries or sprouted and consumed in salads.
