Scrambled Eggs For Breakfast (Parsi style)
Heat some Ghee in a nonstick pan and add the eggs .Add salt as per taste ,turmeric powder,chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.Also add slight chilli powder and pepper powder if preferred and mix well .
Serve with Roti or Toast or Plain Bread.
(Cook the eggs as per your preferred consistency however these taste better when not over cooked )
