Ingredients: - 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed - 1 onion, finely chopped - 1 green chili, finely chopped - 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped - 1 carrot, grated - 1/2 cup corn kernels - 1/4 cup French beans, finely chopped - 1/4 cup peas - 1 tsp chili powder - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1/2 tsp garam masala - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp cumin powder - 2 tbsp rice flour - Salt to taste - Cheese slices, cut into small cubes - Semolina (rava) for coating - Oil for deep frying Instructions: 1.
